So I’m back! Don’t worry that hot pot post is still trudging along but today I present you with: Mini Pac-Man Pizza Bites

Pac-man is a classic game for everyone! It is truly an “oldie.” There are Pac-Man shirts, bags, hats, costumes; you name it. Mini Pac-Man Pizza Bites are perfect for a get together with friends to discuss the latest strategies for Pac-Man or an after school snack. They’re fun, easy to eat and make.

However, an added bonus is that these pizzas are also (somewhat) healthy for you. This recipe for pizza uses wheat flour for grains, cheese for dairy, and the toppings can cover anywhere from your vegetables to proteins.

Hmmm. Potatoes…Potato Mushroom Tarts

Well I’m back with the recipes! This time is a yummy and gorgeous potato mushroom tart. The crust is a great buttery one with emphasis on the “flaky.” The actual filling is delicious, too. It’s a variation of a duchesse potato recipe and a bed of mushrooms on the bottom. The great thing about this appetizer/hors d’oeuvres is that you can change up the flavoring to your taste. I added some green onion and diced, sauteed garlic but be creative with it.
